Quality customer service from start to purchase. Mark described the car accurately and was flexible to my travel plans. Car was very clean and tidy, as described and Mark had checked the clutch was not too heavy for my daughter’s first car. His excellent customer service made the bying process really easy, he even took care of helping me Tax the vehicle and promptly submitted the change of ownership paperwork to the DVLA. The car itself was as described in the advert, no unpleasant surprises, very well looked after which also shows that Mark carefully sources his vehicles. It would've been good to be offered a longer warranty (only 1 month is offered). Overall, it is a seller worth recommending.

The best service I have received in a very, very long time.

As a new driver who didn't know too much about cars, the idea of buying a first car was daunting. Before coming to Mark, I'd viewed a couple of others, spoken to a few private and trade dealers, and just not felt comfortable that I knew what I was getting into. As decent and knowledgeable as others were, I couldn't get around the point that they were actively trying to sell me the car, which is fair enough, that's their business, but it left me wondering what I was missing. Mark's approach was entirely different. He knew the car inside out, but at no point did I feel like he was pushing to sell me it. He took the time to get to know me and my circumstances, he understood my position as a new driver and was happy to answer my somewhat naive questions. He and his colleague Simon (and his wife) went well out of their way to accommodate me coming to view the car, doing everything possible to make it happen at a time convenient to me, even though they had commitments elsewhere. They cared about my time and made me feel valued. And, when the purchase was going through, Mark was happy to assist where I was unfamiliar with the process- again, patient, straightforward, and easygoing in his approach. It felt like he viewed the sale as something we were working on together, rather than putting it all in my court to sort out, and he instilled confidence that things were progressing. Even once it was complete and I came to collect the keys, the personal touch in Mark's service was completely genuine. I haven't talked about the car, a Kia Picanto, but it was outstanding- not a scratch on it, with a full-service history, under 10k miles on it, and known to the dealers personally. Mark showed me another that he was selling, of a similar high quality, and for me, this underlined that this was a dealer who believed in doing things the right way- selling quality cars at competitive prices. That confidence in his integrity goes a long way, and it's something I hadn't quite found anywhere else. If you're considering buying from MB Cars, the reviews speak for themselves. It is no surprise to me that there are so many positive words about the service provided, and I'm delighted to be able to add to them. Thank you, Mark, for making something that was quite daunting for a new driver so easy, smooth, and efficient- I have not received service of this high quality for a long time, in any field, and I would not hesitate to return in the future.

Mark went above and beyond in helping me purchase one of his cars. Communication via email, text & phone. Anything I asked, he answered for me & virtually got back to me straight away. Due to my location not being local, he explained to me if I could travel & how would reach him. As this was not possible he arranged delivery for me. Therefore I only saw the car when it was delivered. Mark stated I was allowed to inspect the car & if I was not happy., I could leave it with the delivery guy & he would return my deposit. Mark from MB Cars the owner was very helpful and honest about the vehicle we bought. The service was of a high standard and I would recommend him to anyone who was buying a car. We had to travel from East Sussex to Essex to collect the car and he paid the dart charge on both the car we were purchasing and the hire car we had to get there. This was a nice little gester. We gave him a refundable deposit if we did not like the car, but it was as described. He did all the necessary paperwork and made the whole process as simple as possible for us.

Nissan Note purchase

I have never bought a car online before. I found this Nissan Note that looked great and I contacted Mb Cars for more information. I got a reply straight away and decided I wanted to go for the purchase. Mark was ever so polite and professional, honest and straight forward. I paid a deposit of 1600 pounds a week before my delivery date and did so with confidence. When the car was delivered to our house it was exactly as described, Mark delivered himself and got the opportunity to meet in person. Car is great and I am very happy with the purchase and with the overall experience. If I ever need a car again, I will deffinitely contact Mark again.

Cool car for a cool older dude

I have just bought a Chrysler Crossfire from this dealer on-line. When it was delivered it was exactly what I was expecting,neither the photos or the description told any lies. Basically a Mercedes SLK with better clothing. I asked Mark a few questions on the phone,some pretty dumb which he dealt with proffesionaly and without making me feel like a fool for asking them.Some dealers treat you as an idiot if you ask things that they thing you should automatically know. Scanning autotrader I came across an advert for a reasonably priced Citroen C3, it wasn’t what I was really looking for, but after reading the dealers reviews (all 5 star) I decided to give them a ring, Mark answered very professional (no ‘Ella mate insight) and invited me to down to have a look, as it was only 45 minutes away I agreed viewed the car paid a deposit and collected it the next day. Just after collection I noticed the heater fan wasn’t working, I called Mark and he arranged for an auto electrician to come to my house the next week and fix, which he duly did. Absolutely spot on service. I have been connected to the motor trade for over 40 years, it’s not very often these days you come across someone who is as open and trustworthy as Mark. Would highly recommend to any potential buyer.

Mercedes SLK350 M B Cars review

I recently purchased a car from M B Cars, I thought I would give them a go after reading their great reviews! Mark was honest, open and extremely helpful. The car drove beautifully, and every button and extra worked as it should, and as described by Mark. The car was also cleaned and valeted before I took receipt . All in all Mark made this a very easy and hassle free transaction. As they say "If Carlsberg did car sales they would be like this." lol.
